Nexus Point Luxe

by Stephanie Williams

If you’re invested in luxury fashion and are anything like me, you may wonder to yourself: How do I fit into the world of luxury without being too much (or if you’re a petite, too little)? Sometimes luxury fashion can have this vibe of being “elitist” or so far above societal standards that no one has a way of neatly fitting into that mold.

What if, for example, you’re a petite fit, and find yourself swimming in most luxury clothing? It may be difficult to balance style with sizing in such a case, or for petites to value themselves in their own authentic beauty, if it is constantly diminished. Here at Nexus Point Luxe, we strive to value inclusivity in addition to ethics and sustainability.

Or what if you’re a plus size and still want to belong in the world of luxury? Although it may seem on the surface that petites and plus sizes have the opposite problem in terms of being noticed too much or too little, they actually can have similar challenges in terms of not being able to find fits/sizes in most brick-and-mortar stores. At Nexus Point Luxe, we ensure that you feel a sense of belonging since we aim to include most sizes running from XXS to XL+.

While luxury fashion has a reputation for being too pricey and elitist, here at Nexus Point Luxe, we strive to be as inclusive and affordable as possible while still maintaining a sense of brand ethics. Our brand platform can offer you luxury while still pertaining to values like ethical sourcing.

If you’re worried about social belonging, while it is true that plus sizes and petites may have a more challenging time finding fits than “average” sizes, our online luxe store particularly can offer a wider range of sizing/fit and eclectic style that may be more suitable for your personality, depending on what vibes best with you.
