Nexus Point Luxe Return and Exchange Policy

At Nexus Point Luxe, your satisfaction is our top priority! We know that sometimes things don’t work out as planned, and we're here to make your return experience as seamless as possible. Please review the following guidelines to help with your return or exchange:

General Return Policy

  • Items must be in new, original condition with all tags attached and must not be worn, altered, or washed.
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery (starting the day tracking shows a "delivered" status) to qualify for a refund or exchange. If your order was shipped in multiple packages, the return window begins from the date of the final package delivery. Items returned after 7 days or not in original condition won’t be accepted.
  • If your order is not shipped within the estimated processing time, you can request a full refund or reach out for help at orders@nexuspointluxe.com.
  • Made a mistake with your shipping details? Contact our customer service team to update your address before shipment. If your package has already shipped, you’ll need to coordinate with the carrier for redelivery, and any return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

Returns and Exchanges

  • For non-defective returns, the return shipping cost is on you, and a small repacking and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Be sure to provide tracking info when you send the product back to us.
  • Received a defective item? We're sorry! Please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with evidence (such as photos of the product and packaging), and we’ll arrange a full refund or replacement.
  • While we strive to help you find the perfect fit, we currently can’t process any exchanges unless specifically mentioned on your receipt. If an exchange is available, it must be requested within 7 days of delivery and depends on item availability. Additional shipping charges may apply for sending the new item, and you’ll cover the return shipping of the original item.

Shipping and Handling

  • We’ve got your return shipping covered! If you use the return label we provide, it’s free. If you prefer your own shipping method, please note that those shipping fees, as well as the original shipping and handling charges, are non-refundable.
  • At the moment, return labels may not be available for certain locations in Hawaii, Alaska, US territories, or APO/FPO addresses. Unfortunately, we also cannot refund outgoing shipping fees.
  • If your return is due to a shipping error or damaged item, no worries β€” we’ll handle the return shipping for you! Once we receive your return, please allow 5–7 business days for processing. We’ll keep you updated with an email confirmation once it’s complete.
