Nexus Point Luxe Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but if you need to return an item, please note the following guidelines:

Return Timeframe: Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the product. After this period, we are unable to process any returns.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  • We do not accept returns for products that have been worn, used, or damaged.
  • Certain items, such as beauty products, bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, jewelry, and final sale items, are non-returnable.

Return Process:

  1. To initiate a return, please submit a request within 30 days of receiving the item.
  2. Provide supporting evidence for any defective or damaged items.
  3. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or there was a shipping error.
  4. Once the return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund or process an exchange.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed once the returned item is inspected. Please note that the refund will be issued to the original payment method minus any applicable restocking or return fees.

Exceptions:

  • We may reject returns if the product is damaged, has been used, or is outside the return timeframe.
  • In some cases, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee.
